Position: Mail Sorter and Customer Counter Service
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM Monday to Friday and some afternoon as well

Key Responsibilities:

• Mail Sorting: picking up the mails from DC. Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers at the counter, addressing their inquiries and assisting with their postal needs.
• Data Entry: knowing Australian post computer system and software.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow postal regulations and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Excellent Attention to Detail: Display meticulous attention to detail when sorting mail and processing transactions.
• Strong Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers and team members, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: From $32.06 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
