You will provide strategic advice and analyses that influence both internal and external stakeholders on network optimisation planning and investment decisions.Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to engage in high-level strategic decisions aimed at advancing and streamlining statewide road network operations and facilitating the delivery of the branch's objectives and the department's strategic vision.About you: You have an extensive background in traffic operations and/or transport planning, ideally you will have a degree from a recognised tertiary institution with related content (for example, engineering, transport planning, town planning, mathematics, economics, geospatial information systems, or a numerate discipline).To be successful in this role you'll have exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven track record of clearly articulating complex issues and proposed solutions to diverse audiences.
