About the role: We are looking for ahighly motivated, enthusiastic and committed individual to become a critical member of our small yet dynamic team in an organisation which is expanding. We are offering a casual position with full time hours starting immediately until the end of the year, with the offer of permanent employment to follow for the right candidate. This person will join the production team and will work under the direction of the Production & Logistics Manager to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to an exceptional standard.
The responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day manufacturing of operable walls.
- Assembling orders, packaging and labelling for freight collection.
- Ensuring daily workflow targets and weekly production targets are met.
- Some interstate travel for installations may be expected
Skills and Experience:
- Experience using basic power hand tools (not essential but preferred)
- You must have a valid driver’s licence (ability to drive manual preferred)
- You must be a fast learner with the ability to work in a team and occasionally alone.
-Desire to understand all warehouse operations because you will be expected to do so.
- Motivated to see their own responsibilities and rewards expand as the business continues to grow.
