Job Description
We are seeking motivated and experienced MC Driver's to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a multi-combination vehicle and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods while adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate multi-combination (MC) vehicles.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs and vehicle maintenance reports.
- Adhere to all road safety and company regulations, including compliance with weight limits and traffic laws.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and addressing concerns or issues.
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo as required.
- Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Valid MC Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience is highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and logistics best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of loading and unloading cargo.
