As the Recruitment Officer for our East Coast driver recruitment portfolio, you will manage 20 roles while supporting the Talent Acquisition Partner with their administrative duties.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and industry bodies.
Provide advice and educate managers on screening, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Co-ordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles along with assisting the Talent Acquisition Partner with their administrative tasks.
Communicate regularly and maintain relationships with talent pools.
Participate in recruitment campaigns, initiatives and events as required.
Collaborate with the wider HR team and champion the Centurion RIPPA values.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a similar role ideally in the transport and logistics industry with high volume blue-collar recruitment experience.
A professional can do attitude with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Must be proactive and take initiative with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and follow policies and procedures.
An ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Able to work autonomously as well as contribute positively to a collaborative national recruitment team.
Excellent organisational, time management and attention to detail skills to meet business deadlines.
