- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and industry bodies.
- Provide advice and educate managers on screening, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Co-ordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles along with assisting the Talent Acquisition Partner with their administrative tasks.
- Communicate regularly and maintain relationships with talent pools.
- Participate in recruitment campaigns, initiatives and events as required.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team and champion the Centurion RIPPA values.
- Previous experience in a similar role ideally in the transport and logistics industry with high volume blue-collar recruitment experience.
- A professional can do attitude with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proactive and take initiative with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and follow policies and procedures.
- An ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work autonomously as well as contribute positively to a collaborative national recruitment team.
- Excellent organisational, time management and attention to detail skills to meet business deadlines.
