Our clinic in Maryborough is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team.
The role is a full time position working Monday- Friday, between 7:45am-5:15pm.
You will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.

Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:
o Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
o Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
o Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
o Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation and DVA.
o Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
