ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our people are the heart and soul of our business and due to continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced Micropay Payroll Officer to join our team, on a casual or a part-time basis for the next 3 to 6 months.

This role reports into the Payroll Manager, and is located at Frenchs Forest, with plenty of free onsite parking available.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• End-to-end payroll processing on a weekly and monthly basis for employees across various divisions
• Using the payroll system (Access Micropay) and ensuring data accuracy
• Handling payroll queries and addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly
• Knowledge of relevant tax, compliance and employment regulations
• Processing ad hoc requests related to payroll, such as adjustments, terminations, redundancies and leave reconciliation
• Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
• Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data privacy standards are met

ABOUT YOU:

• Experience with Access Micropay
• 2 years end to end payroll processing experience
• Ability to manage priorities and able to work autonomously
• Excellent attention to detail

This is a casual / short contract role, and suitable candidates must be available for an immediate start at our Frenchs Forest office. Contract will be initially for 3 months, with a possibility to extend to 6 months.
