We are committed to a "No Problems, Just Solutions" approach, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our expanding team. We’re currently expanding our Geospatial and Monitoring Services team in Brisbane and are seeking Monitoring Surveyors at all levels – whether you’re a seasoned professional ready to help grow our operations on the East Coast, or an up-and-comer eager to accelerate your career in an innovative environment.
The Role: You’ll be at the heart of our monitoring projects, leading them from start to finish. • Provide hands-on guidance with the installation, commissioning, and upkeep of monitoring systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine solutions, bringing the latest innovations into play.
  • Ensure seamless data capture and management across all projects, safeguarding the accuracy and integrity of our work.
  • Play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the geospatial space.
  • Lead by example, training junior staff and driving safety compliance with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: All levels of experience considered – whether you're a senior professional with a solid background in engineering and geodetic surveying or a junior surveyor eager to take the next step.
  • Qualifications: A qualification in Surveying or a related spatial field is required.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a solutions-focused mindset. Leadership qualities, including the capacity to mentor junior staff and lead teams, are highly valued.
  • Advantageous Skills: Experience in project management, data management/programming, or a background in instrumentation & monitoring will give you a competitive edge.
Why Join Us?
  • For the Go-Getters: If you’re junior and eager to make your mark, this is your opportunity to fast-track your career with guidance and mentorship from top industry professionals.
  • For the Seasoned Experts: We’ll give you the platform to shape the future of our East Coast operations, driving growth and innovation.
  • Exciting Projects: Work on varied, cutting-edge projects that will challenge you and allow you to grow with the latest in geospatial technology.
  • Supportive Culture: Be part of a team that fosters collaboration, encourages new ideas, and recognises success.
  • Growth Opportunities: Whether you’re looking to take the next step or lead the charge, we’ll help you reach your full potential.
