Job role:

• Response to online and phone loan enquiries from clients.
• Communicate with clients and understand clients’ situations and requirements.
• Provide lending support as required, such as assisting clients, gathering updated information, the application process, and follow-up with the stakeholders.
• Assist clients with loan applications.
• Manage and ensure the compliance documents to are valid to meet the requirement.
• Manage multiple applications simultaneously and provide service beyond client expectations.

Requirements:

• Have experience as broker assistant and credit related position in financial industry.
• Have a minimum of 1 year in the financial industry.
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage broking/Diploma of Finance and Mortgage broking management.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Having a high standard of customer service is a must.
• Have excellent communication skills and able to work in team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: $20,000.00 – $30,000.00 per year
