Key Responsibilities

• Represent Intepaintz’s product range and services across NSW.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
• Work towards weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by following structured strategies and plans.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and report to the Managing Director on progress and performance.
• Manage your own work schedule, balancing lead generation, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Educate clients on the benefits of our eco-friendly, easy-to-use products, showing how they meet customer needs.
• Conduct product demos, address client objections, and ensure customers feel confident in their purchasing decisions.
• Maintain and grow your sales pipeline, from generating leads to closing deals.
• Attend occasional in-person meetings, Zoom calls, and visit the warehouse for stock pickups when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience (paint or coatings experience is a bonus).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
• Self-motivated, with a history of working autonomously and achieving targets.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across metro and regional NSW.

Skills and Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales experience in a similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
• A professional approach with a focus on relationship building.
