NSW Territory Sales Representative
FULL TIME

- Represent Intepaintz’s product range and services across NSW.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Work towards weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by following structured strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and report to the Managing Director on progress and performance.
- Manage your own work schedule, balancing lead generation, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our eco-friendly, easy-to-use products, showing how they meet customer needs.
- Conduct product demos, address client objections, and ensure customers feel confident in their purchasing decisions.
- Maintain and grow your sales pipeline, from generating leads to closing deals.
- Attend occasional in-person meetings, Zoom calls, and visit the warehouse for stock pickups when required.
- Proven sales experience (paint or coatings experience is a bonus).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
- Self-motivated, with a history of working autonomously and achieving targets.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across metro and regional NSW.
- Three or more years of sales experience in a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
- A professional approach with a focus on relationship building.
- A 38-hour work week with flexible remote work options.
- Tools of trade provided, including a vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone.
