Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
- Assist with online reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage online reviews, providing appropriate responses.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in using online communication tools and reservation systems.
- Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: $52,863.79 – $127,349.37 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
