Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, you will engage in a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks and project support, ensuring that our team operates smoothly and efficiently.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:


  • Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in a professional environment.
  • Extensive experience in the provision of high level administrative and executive-level support, including the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to senior leaders, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated high level organisational skills including the ability to work effectively under pressure without immediate supervision whilst maintaining quality outputs.

Qualifications
A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
