A rare opportunity has arisen for Loader Operators to join the CSI Mining Services Team at our KCGM operations at the Super Pit in Kalgoorlie-Boulder. We are offering permeant full-time positions based on 5 days on, 5 nights on, 5 days off. The positions are Drive In, Drive Out for residents of Kalgoorlie-Boulder and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Loaders and other machinery including Skid Steers and Telehandlers in a production-based environment
• Rock Breaker Experience Desirable
• Assisting with fixed plant maintenance and breakdowns
• Inspections and housekeeping
• Working with the Planning Team to assist in plant production and reliability improvement

Knowledge, skills and qualifications we are looking for

• Unrestricted Australian Drivers licence
• Nationally recognised Front End Loader ticket
• A demonstrated safety commitment
• Minimum 2 years loader operational experience within a mining or similar environment
• Flexibility to assist in all areas of plant operations and maintenance as required
• The ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Unlimited Australian working rights
• Confined Space with Gas Testing (desirable)
• Working at Heights (desirable)
• Unlimited Australian Work Rights
• National Police Check issued within the last 12 months (desirable)
