Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our diverse range of products/services.
§ Identify and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
§ Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
§ Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
§ Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries with professionalism.
§ Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
§ Previous experience in outbound sales or a call center environment is a plus, but not required.
§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
§ Strong persuasive abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
