What your day will look like....
Your day will be filled with engaging conversations and collaborative meetings, working alongside diverse stakeholders to enhance paediatric training across Queensland. You'll lead initiatives that bridge gaps in medical education, fostering an environment where flexibility and choice are prioritized for trainees. Whether you're exploring new strategies to expand vocational training in regional areas or chairing advisory committees, you'll find your efforts directly impacting the quality of healthcare delivery. Amidst this, you'll be actively involved in developing training materials and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, all while embracing and embodying the values of Darling Downs Health.
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value from $345,373 (L18) up to $423.122 (L27) comprising salary rates between $100.78 (L18) and $127.77 p.h. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
