Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and decorating, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the field. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing projects to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes.
• Applying paint, varnishes, and stains to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Mixing and matching paints and colours to achieve desired results.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within the given timeframe.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborating with team members and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Painter.
• Proven ability to perform high-quality painting work in both residential and commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for colour and design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
