Painter and Decorator

ZATM PAINTING PTY LTD is seeking an experienced painter to join our dynamic team.
Basic Duties:
- Preparation of surfaces, including sanding, scraping, and filling cracks.
- Applying undercoat and primer using brush and roller.
- Applying finish coats to a high standard as specified by the product manufacturer.
- Additional duties to be listed upon commencement of work.
- Adherence to safety rules at all times.
- Certificate III in Painting and Decorating.
- White Card.
- National High Risk Work Licence (Class WP) for boom-type elevating work platforms.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven local experience.
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Attention to detail.
- Police clearance check.
- Working with Children Check.
- Honest and respectful to colleagues.
- Full-time, Permanent
- 38 hours per week
- English
- Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (Required)
- White Card (Required).
- Work Safely at Heights (Required).
- Provide First Aid (Required)
- Elevating Work Platform (EWP) National High Risk Work (HRW) Licence (WP) (Required)
- Driver Licence (Required)
- Australia, right to work full-time (without restrictions)
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Australia (Preferred)
