The Role:
Best & Less has an opportunity for an enthusiastic Part Time Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Ballina. We're looking for an experienced & driven employee, who would be open to the possibility of supporting the management team, on a need's basis, in Higher Duties or Management Relief capacity - in the future.
As an integral member of the Ballina ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!
Your day will consist of:

Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

Pay: Up to $25.80 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
