We operate cross two convenient locations in Melbourne's south east, providing services to diverse communities.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part-time/casual basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment and enjoys interacting with patients and practitioners.
As a key member of our reception team, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, handling appointment bookings, managing patient records, and supporting the daily operations of the clinic.
Responsibilities Include;

• Greet and assist patients with check-ins and appointment bookings
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate patient scheduling and manage waiting list
• Process payments and handle basic billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
• Support clinic staff with various administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communicatio skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Experience in a medical or allied health setting is a plus but not essential (on-the-job training provided)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical scheduling software is desirable
