Passenger Service Agents

Passenger Facilitation Agents make sure that all passengers enjoy a smooth experience at the airport. They are helpful and courteous and ensure that each passenger is treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.
Roles are available at airports throughout Australia and New Zealand, with convenient access and free staff parking.
Dynamic team and duties
Working with our team you will help ensure a positive experience for airline passengers between the terminal and the aircraft. Duties include processing travel documents, assigning boarding passes and performing many of the behind-the-scenes processes required for airline operations.
Shifts will range from 4 - 7.5 hours per day and might involve early starts or late evenings.

Friendly and safe environment
Prior to commencing training, all employees must meet company and airport vaccination requirements and undertake background checks including Federal Police check, pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, and dangerous goods training.
