Your duties will include:
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Making Breads, Bread Rolls, Muffins, Croissants, Danish and almost all the Yeast based roll and other breakfast rolls and the various bread rolls.
- Making Cakes, different types of Sponges, Gateaux and Torte in requirement for the A LA CARTE Orders and for the Buffets.
- Making the Coffee Shop style Desserts and the Dessert with perfect garnish and Presentations.
- Handling bulk production of Breads, sponges, cakes, gateaux, Cookies etc.
- Preparing for the special Buffet set up presentations ,Chocolate, and sugar work as well.
- Maintaining HYGIENE STANDARDS (HACCP) in the workplace, maintaining the walk-ins and Deep freezers, frozen food, thawing of frozen food
- Creating new cakes and pastries for the shop
- Training staff.
- Following FIFO and maintaining all the standard procedures in keeping the Kitchen Clean and hygienic at all the times of the day on the duty time.
- Handling various equipment as well as knowledge of their maintenance and their hygiene standards.
- Handling various Pastes, Creams, Frozen Food, and Plated Desserts and bring out excellent products by strictly following the recipes with minimum food wastage and the standard.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
