Key Responsibilities
- Support participants' according to their NDIS plan
- Help participant to achieve independence to self-care services and supports for future life.
- Make sure participants connected to proper supports and services.
- Understand the NDIS Plan for the participants.
- Feedback
- Plan for crisis and doing evaluation.
Pay: $28.00 – $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
