Job Description
Ability Action Australia is looking for someone who is committed and enthusiastic to join our North Metro Behaviour Support team, who can work across the life span, all disabilities and cultures to advocate and support them to get more out of life today. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, with exceptional and versatile leaders whose clinical expertise will ensure you are able to thrive in this role.

Our clinicians are passionate advocates for our participants, ensuring they receive the support they need, when they need it. In this role, you will:

Assess participants' physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments
Analyze findings to create personalized treatment goals for each participant
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that help participants live life to the fullest
Mentor and supervise junior clinicians (if you are interested in a senior role)

To be successful, you will have:

Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
Experience providing services under the NDIS
A strong passion for helping vulnerable community members achieve their goals
An interest in working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals
