The Role
An opportunity has become available for several Physiotherapists (New Graduate) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will

• Deliver clinical services in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards
• Provide input into the development of clinical practices, procedures, and protocols
• Provide direction to junior staff, physiotherapy assistants and support staff
• Attend and contribute to relevant clinical, professional, and departmental meetings

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

• To be eligible to apply for a graduate position, you must have completed your first university undergraduate course or graduate-entry qualification (whether in Australia or internationally) between January 2024 to January 2025
• Tertiary degree in Physiotherapy
• AHPRA Registration
• Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
• Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
• Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

• Temporary full time (two positions, 12 months)
• Base salary ranging from $76 474 - $112 805 per annum

The Physiotherapy Department works across Robina Hospital, Gold Coast University Hospital and Robina Health Precinct employing upwards of 100 full time equivalent Physiotherapists and Physiotherapy Assistants within inpatient, outpatient, and community services.
