Fixed Term Temporary part-time, (45.6 hrs p.f.) up to 30.03.2028.
To provide clinical leadership and high-level knowledge, skills and practice to the Physiotherapy discipline within a multidisciplinary, paediatric, early intervention, allied health service.
This position will also provide high level health based physiotherapy services to children with cerebral palsy, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, spina bifida, plagiocephaly, torticollis, positional talipes and other gait anomalies.
Generous remuneration package value up to $94,416 p.a. comprising:

• Salary range of $64.64 to $69.55 p.h. (HP4)

The Ideal applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following

• Proven ability to work at a high level of knowledge, expertise and skill in Physiotherapy assessment, analysis, intervention and caseload management, and application of clinical based practice within a complex caseload.
• Proven ability to work effectively as a discipline leader within a transdisciplinary therapy team, including the ability to provide non-routine advice to operational and professional supervisors, peers and subordinate staff.
• Proven ability to incorporate a family centred approach into service delivery.
• Proven ability to deliver innovative and flexible services that meet the needs of the community.
• Proven ability to initiate, plan and evaluate local service improvement initiatives and provide clinical supervision to subordinate personnel.
• Proven ability to actively contribute to service planning and development.

Requirements

• At least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
• Possess a current valid C class motor vehicle license.
• This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis.
• Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
