Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Pizza Maker, Kitchen Chef, or Hospitality Worker. If you have experience in food preparation, a love for making great pizza, and a strong understanding of kitchen protocols, this could be the perfect role for you. We are expanding and need dedicated individuals to support our growing operations.
About the Role:

• Shift Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (hours/days are negotiable).
• Location: Located in the greater Western Sydney area (near Parramatta).
• Training: A one to two-week training induction will be provided. If the applicant successfully completes the training and demonstrates the ability to meet our standards, a permanent position will be offered. Candidates unable to meet these requirements will not proceed further.
• Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per annum (based on experience) plus superannuation, with monthly incentives and commissions based on performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: While pizza-making or culinary experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with strong hospitality or kitchen experience who are willing to learn and grow within our team.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen safety protocols is essential. A good understanding of food service and high standards in quality and presentation are highly regarded.
• Attitude: We value team players with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and improve their skills.
