Job Overview:
As a Powder Coater Unloading and Loading Labourer, you will play a crucial role in our powder coating operations by efficiently unloading and loading materials onto our coating lines. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently unload materials from the automatic line to be packed.
• Prepare materials for coating by cleaning and prepping surfaces as needed.
• Load materials onto coating lines according to production schedules and specifications.
• Monitor coating processes to ensure materials are coated evenly and according to quality standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.

Schedule:
This is an afternoon shift, Monday through Thursday 3.30pm-12.00am and Friday 1pm-7pm. Occasional overtime may be required based on production demands.
