Join our team as a Practice Manager at Advara Heart Care, where you'll lead with excellence in staff engagement and clinical support to achieve outstanding patient care and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do:

• Foster a dynamic and innovative team culture that inspires exceptional patient care and outcomes.
• Oversee daily operations of the front desk, ensuring seamless reception and administrative services.
• Manage scheduling and appointments to meet utilization targets and administrative protocols.
• Handle financial management tasks including reconciliation, billing, and month-end processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, building effective relationships across the business.

Who you are:

• Proven ability to deliver superior patient care and stakeholder service.
• Effective leadership and team management skills aligned with organizational values.
• Proficient in stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen in developing business plans to achieve practice objectives.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills to manage multiple stakeholders and complex challenges effectively under pressure.
