Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Practice Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while playing a crucial role in the management and optimisation of General Practices across Australia.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee daily operations of multiple General Practices remotely
- Implement and monitor Practice policies and procedures
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with RACGP standards
- Optimise practice efficiency and profitability
- Coordinate with providers, staff, and external vendors
- Analyse performance data and prepare regular reports for management
- Conduct quarterly site visits to practices (all expenses paid)
- Staff Pays and Doctors Pay Calculations
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in practice management or a similar role in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Practice management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Flexibility to travel for quarterly site visits
