Please note, this job is best for an existing or ex-dental receptionist, practice manager, or treatment coordinator, who would like to utilise their existing skill set while working from home, with no hassle of direct patient or dentist issues/conflicts.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Virtual Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Working remotely, you will handle inbound patient inquiries, qualify potential patients, and collect refundable deposits.
Your primary responsibility will be to schedule patients into nearby dental implant and cosmetic centres.
Extremely strong phone communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential for this role.
Knowledge about dentistry, the nature of treatment, and some dental experience will be preferred, however is not essential to success as we will train you in this department.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and manage inbound patient inquiries.
• Qualify patients for dental implant and cosmetic services.
• Collect and process refundable deposits.
• Schedule patient appointments at nearby dental centres.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions and bookings.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in dental or healthcare coordination is a plus.
• Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM software.

Job Types: Subcontract, Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
