Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and a passion for supporting our operations remotely. As a Virtual Assistant at Retro Arcade Solutions, you will play a key role in managing schedules, handling correspondence, and providing support to ensure our team operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize emails, calendars, and schedules for team members.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via email and phone.
- Assist with project management tasks and track deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry and reporting.
- Support various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
Pay: $36.38 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
