Exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced practice manager to join our team at Laverton.
Our clinic has been established for over 30 years and highly respected in the community.
We are looking for a dynamic, highly organised person. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You will have a high level of attention to detail along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include;

• Manage the day to day running of the clinic.
• Staff management including rostering and recruitment.
• Management and support for doctors.
• Complaints and feedback Management.
• Liaise with external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Staff and Doctors pays.

Key Requirements;

• Experience as a Practice Manager or similar leadership role in a General Practice setting.
• Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare, workcover and TAC
• Knowledge of accreditation standards.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to develop quality working relationships.
• Time management skills, problem solving skills.
