Your new role

Do you have a strong background in supporting the delivery of operational and strategic outcomes within complex and dynamic organisations? Do you have a passion for streamlining operational processes and driving continuous improvement? We are seeking a highly motivated and agile Program Coordinator to join the Curtin School of Nursing.

As the Program Coordinator, you will work closely with the School Leadership Team, professional staff and key stakeholders from across the University to coordinate and deliver a broad program of activities. In this role, you will (but are not limited to):

• Coordinate and deliver a broad program of operational activities for the school.
• Review, map and deliver operational processes to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Provide support, advice and recommendations to the School Leadership team on operational matters.
• Utilise your proven data management and analysis skills, combined with proactive, critical thinking to inform program objectives, recommendations and outcomes.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure program outcomes are meeting their requirements.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on program outcomes and performance.
• Monitor program budgets in consultation with the School Business Manager.
• Write and prepare project reports and related documentation.

We are looking for someone with:

• Completion of a relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and/or education/training.
• Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to coordinate and implement program activities.
• Demonstrated high level interpersonal and oral communication skills with the ability to consult and liaise effectively with a diverse range of people and with cross cultural sensitivity.
• Demonstrated high level written communication skills with the ability to construct clear and concise reports and other relevant documentation.
• Proven ability to work well in a team, including respecting difference, leading, and supporting others, accepting direction, and working to group goals.
• Sound research, conceptual and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and content management systems
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.
