The position will be working from 216 Greenhill Road Eastwood. Primary responsibility of the position includes working with SAAS volunteers and trainers to schedule, allocate trainers and resources for volunteer clinical induction training across the state. This includes scheduling trainers, organising equipment and educational venues to ensure all training is provided within a professional and dedicated environment, and arranging catering and organising other requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule education programs in consultation with training program managers and educators, ensuring appropriate and timely organization of these programs.

Update and maintain education schedules through relevant SAAS corporate and education systems, enabling appropriate forecasting of educator and assessor requirements and monitoring for potential resource overlaps.

Liaise with Program Managers, Operations, Educators, and Assessors to coordinate educators, assessors, course timetables, and required resources for effective program delivery.

Distribute Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to Educators and Assessors to support timely and appropriate course planning.

Develop procedures, work instructions, and maintain electronic recording and reporting systems to assist in program forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement of clinical education programs.

Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including clinical educators and external providers, to ensure appropriate preparation, planning, and promotion of clinical education programs, student handouts, and learning materials.
