About the Opportunity


As Project Manager for Kingswood Aluminum, you will manage the successful design, procurement, and installation of the facade for some of SA's largest and best-known construction projects.
With a dedicated commitment to delivering an outstanding result for customers, you will:

• Provide monthly Forecasts and Reports on Project Performance
• Deliver projects on time within budgets
• Planning and implementation of scheduled projects
• Liaise with drafting and other departments as required
• Liaise with shipping agents and KFT on all projects and custom requirements
• Maintain good working relationships with customers
• Monitor and report on the impact of changes in scope or extent
• Attend meetings and site meetings as required
• Authorise payment of project materials and payment to contractors
• Maintain and update Project Management spreadsheet and systems as required
• Attend handover meetings to review documentation & information
• Assess and report Projected Claims and monitor performance
• Maintain and monitor overseas production and supply to ensure on-site requirements are met
• Monitor project costs and forecasts re-estimated cost of completion
• Maintain site safety at all times, working cooperatively with clients and WHS Officers as required

About You


You will be an experienced Project Manager with proven experience and reliability on large commercial projects. You must be strong in developing, procuring, and delivering commercial construction projects.
You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in efficient and effective decision-making in the context of high-risk/high-profile project delivery
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• A strong track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software and tools

Their Design & Manufacturing operations produce commercial glazed facades for the Australian Market. Products include Unitised Curtain Wall, Window Wall, Bespoke Facade Systems & Custom Sunshades.
