Project Manager

Roadline Civil Contractors is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team in Broome, Western Australia. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of civil construction projects.
What you'll be doing
- Manage all aspects of civil construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement appropriate control measures
- Ensure projects comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Project Manager or similar role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organise, and deliver complex civil construction projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully delivering civil construction projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of relevant construction industry regulations, standards, and safety requirements
