• Scope, price, and plan projects: Prepare detailed project proposals, including complex cost estimates and technical alternatives
• Work closely with Defence personnel: Coordinate with a range of stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Lead subcontractor coordination: Ensure smooth project execution by managing subcontractors and sourcing competitive pricing and high-quality work
• Manage projects from start to finish: Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Uphold safety and quality: Follow established risk management, quality, and safety procedures to maintain a safe, efficient work environment

• Cost planning & project management: Strong knowledge of principles and practices
• Construction & maintenance experience: Background in civil construction and reactive maintenance is highly regarded
• Negotiation & relationship-building: Ability to influence and establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Computer proficiency: Competent in MS Office; experience with MMS SAP systems is advantageous
• OHS Card: Current White/Blue Card
