Due to further expansion, we now have exciting opportunities for an additional FULL TIME Property Manager to join our super-supportive and ultra-friendly team.
If you do not have experience, we will provide the training for you to become successful.
Duties:
Your duties include:

• Providing excellent Customer service and being the main point of contact for clients
• planning marketing programs for our properties to be leased
• Managing a portfolio of clientele and properties
• liaising with clients and tenants, manage maintenance
• Conduct full services from leasing, inspections, to final bond inspection and disposing bond.

FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED if you do not have experience.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
FULL TRAINING PROVIDED if you do not have experience.
*Valid driver's licence.
*Strong communication skills, Ability to work independently
*Diligent, Positive attitude with self-motivation
*Ability to speak an Asian language or any second language is a nice to have due to some clientele portfolio, but not necessary.
*Attention to detail, strong organizational skills
