Sanchos Taco bar is looking for a qualified chef / experienced cook to join our fun, creative team. Part-time / casual shifts available. Must be able to work weekends.
About Us
Sanchos Taco Bar is a new Modern Mexican food outlet situated on Stokes Hill Wharf. We make all of our tortillas fresh in-house everyday and use the freshest ingredients.
What we’re looking for..
passion for preparing and cooking quality fresh food
experience chef with good knife skills
experience working in a high-volume kitchen
Great communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
a self-motivated team player
Duties for the role..
Cook and present dishes in a timely manner
Comply with health and safety regulations
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen
ensuring standard portions and quality of dishes
maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practices in the kitchen
Skills and qualifications
Relevant qualifications or
minimum 2 years experience
great communication and interpersonal skills
strong organisation and time management
