About the Role

Jones Radiology is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Radiographer to become a valued member of our Port Augusta team. Based in the Port Augusta Hospital, our clinic is equipped with modern facilities and state-of-the-art equipment that support the delivery of comprehensive radiology services to the local community. This position will join a team of highly skilled professionals led by the Chief Technologist, and Area Manager, who will provide daily operational guidance.

Your key responsibilities:

Providing high-quality, accurate diagnostic imaging services to referrers and patients in accordance with professional, ethical, and industry quality standards.
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers.
Delivering the best possible patient care and service.
Willing to participate in an exiting on-call roster.

To be successful in this role:

Demonstrated experiences as a Radiographer
Proficiency in operating radiographic equipment and using relevant software
Strong understanding of radiation safety procedures and protocols
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
A qualification in Medical Radiography to meet the standard for membership of the Australian Institute of Radiography
National registration with AHPRA
Current EPA SA Radiation Licence
