Role Overview:
Are you a passionate and motivated real estate professional with a drive to help clients achieve their dream house? We are looking for a Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will engage potential clients, build relationships, and drive sales in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a key member of i Care, you will provide clients with valuable property insights, guide them through the investment process, and close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Identify and follow up with leads and clients through phone calls, in-person meetings, and virtual appointments, building strong, lasting relationships.
• Property Presentations: Conduct property viewings, providing clients with detailed information to support informed decision-making.
• Sales Execution: Manage a pipeline of clients, guiding them through each stage of the sales process to successful transaction closings.
• Client Consultation: Offer tailored property investment advice to help clients achieve their financial goals using i Care’s resources and expertise.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term client relationships through dedicated support and exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive Attitude: Proactive and optimistic mindset, ideal for a sales-driven environment.
• Sales Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in real estate or business development is advantageous but not required.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and go the extra mile for success.

• Professionalism: Strong communication skills, personal accountability, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Cert IV in real estate practice or agent’s representative certification is preferred but not required.
• Sales or real estate experience is advantageous, particularly with a focus on property investment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive in team collaboration.
