Your responsibilities will include:
As the front face for the Business, the receptionist will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional level of administration and reception support to the LMA Head office.Responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for all visitors (in person & over the phone).
- Coordinate schedules for LMA House visitors and provide them with high level office/administration support
- Work with the Facilities Officer to alert stationary requirements and support ordering
- Support other administrative staff with the coordination of LM related functions
- Reporting and reconciling of receipts.
- Managing travel coordination.
- Other ad hoc administration tasks as required.
About you:
We are looking for someone who has a friendly nature with a positive attitude. You will need to have strong communication, customer service skills as you will be required to greet visitors, engage with executives and stakeholders
Special Requirements:
Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
