Recruitment Advisor

You will contribute to the delivery of quality recruitment service and advice, and ongoing initiatives relating to recruitment and selection. You will have the ability to establish strong relationships with hiring managers by providing efficient and effective end-to-end recruitment support using various recruitment databases and HR systems including Springboard, VADER, and SAP.
With a keen and curious mind and high attention to detail, you will be involved in the development of local procedures, strategies and guidelines for streamlining HR services and will assist in the design and implementation of recruitment process improvement initiatives.
The successful person
To be successful in this role, you will have knowledge and experience in the delivery of contemporary recruitment services to hiring managers within a complex environment. You will have strong stakeholder engagement experience, demonstrating high level communication and interpersonal skills necessary to liaise and consult with a variety of stakeholders. Furthermore, you will have the ability to interpret and provide advice on awards, agreements and policies relating to recruitment and selection.
