Nurse Support Nursing Agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant (Part time- 2 days a week) to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and securing top talent for our diverse range of casual nursing and healthcare roles.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates to fill our open positions
- Source contracts for our candidates
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates and match them to relevant opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Achieve and exceed key performance indicators for placements and client satisfaction
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Nurse Support Pty Ltd team
- 1-3 years' experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
- Passionate about delivering a high-quality recruitment service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
