The Role
As a Recruitment Officer with Silk Hospitality, you will ultimately deliver recruitment & hiring activities to your portfolio of key operational and head office positions. Additional responsibilities include;

• End-to-end recruitment activities from brief to first day
• Utilise effective sourcing strategies incl. headhunting techniques
• Coach & mentor hiring managers on recruitment activities
• Utilise market data & reporting to support hiring decisions
• Provide regular updates & reports to managers
• Be an employer brand advocate to support talent attraction

About You
As an experienced Recruitment Partner, you will be focused on providing a high level of care & service to candidates, managers & key stakeholders. You will understand the businesses operational needs in regards to their people needs & be able to deliver in a timely manner. In addition, you will have;

• Previous end-to-end white collar & volume hiring experience
• Competent using recruitment technologies & systems
• Ability to multi-task & prioritise
• Strong stakeholder management & interpersonal skills
• Demonstratable problem solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Flexible & adaptable in a changing & growing environment
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
