Job Description:
As a Migration Agent, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the immigration process, ensuring their applications are accurate, timely, and compliant with the latest immigration policies. You will provide expert advice on visa options and eligibility, assist with document preparation, lodge visa applications, and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding visa options, eligibility criteria, and the migration process.
- Assist clients in gathering and preparing necessary documents for visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Lodge visa applications on behalf of clients through appropriate channels, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them updated on the progress of their applications and address concerns or queries.
- Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, regulations, and codes of conduct, ensuring full compliance.
- Represent clients in dealings with immigration authorities, advocating for their interests and rights as necessary.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, application details, and other relevant information.
- Solicitor, Supreme Court of NSW / Licensed MARA
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience as a migration agent, with a proven track record of successful visa lodgments.
- In-depth understanding of immigration laws, visa categories, and the migration process.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent accuracy in documentation preparation and visa lodgment processes.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and confidentiality when handling client matters.
