About the Role: As the Registered Nurse (RN) in Ward 5A and 5B Coronary Care Unit (CCU), you will deliver safe compassionate clinical care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve best practice patient outcomes.
Ward 5A and 5B CCU is an integrated unit that combines the specialties of renal/cardiology and Coronary Care. The unit provides a telemetry service, elective cardioversion trans-oesophageal echocardiogram service and inpatient peritoneal and haemodialysis. The Chest Pain Assessment Service is attached to this unit. Ward 5A and CCU also assists in dobutamine stress echocardiograms in the Cardiac Investigations Department.
