About the role
As a Registered Nurse with Baptist Care at home you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality care and services that support our customers to remain living at home.
You will be responsible for the clinical care and governance in Goulburn and surrounding areas.
This is a Permanent full time position working Monday to Friday.
You will be operating independently in the community, travelling to clients and working from home, with support from our Goulburn office and a state Clinical Team.
You’ll develop genuine connections with our customers and their loved ones and assist them to implement innovative strategies that will optimise their health and well-being and support their independence.
