Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with tracheostomy care experience to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert support and high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Deliver tracheostomy care and perform routine assessments. Administer medications and monitor client health. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams. Uphold our values of compassion, integrity, and respect in all interactions. Requirements: Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia. Proven experience in tracheostomy care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
