About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Juniper Aged Care, you'll collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess residents' needs, develop and implement care plans, and ensure high standards of care. You'll also mentor and support care staff, and ensure compliance with assessments to maintain quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored care plans for residents
- Address concerns from families and carers with the Residential Manager
- Stay current with documentation requirements
- Work with healthcare professionals to provide holistic resident care
- Mentor and support care and service staff
- Identify and address training needs
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Registered with the Nursing Board of Australia
- Citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights
- Experience in aged care or healthcare settings
- Strong planning, coordination, and mentoring skills
- Guide staff in clinical care and systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
- Flexibility: Full-time, part-time, and casual roles
